Mastery introduces us to a new paradigm for navigating life. It shows us the limitations of patriarchal conditioning, provides a foundational toolbox, and blows the doors open to what’s possible.

The Creation Retreat brings the next evolution. It’s the place where you fully embody everything you’ve previously learned while garnering advanced skills to enhance your life.

Since The Creation Retreat is like three Mastery intensives all in a row but with one third the class size, it allows Regena to create faster intimacy, connection, and sisterhood, and go deeper into the advanced tools (because you already have the foundation of Mastery!) more quickly.

Although there are fewer women than in Mastery, many retreat-goers say they found many more opportunities to develop new friendships or deepen current friendships because of the structure of the exercises as well as the intentionally unstructured portions of the days together. A lot of bonding happens in the pool and over dinner and bumping into one another at the spa.

“Creation is a more intimate space to go deeper, much deeper.”
– Kanelli Scalcoyannis

“Deeper, more connection, more instruction, more everything! I loved this retreat way beyond I ever dreamed or dared hope to. It felt like there was more chance to meet even more sister goddesses at the Creation retreat, especially as some exercises teamed us randomly and led to some of the best experiences. I loved the way the course went through so many tools and different ways of learning. It was so much more in-depth than Mastery and I learnt so many things. There were so many experiential sessions which really brought it all to life for me. And Silversands Resort is lovely! I loved the early morning classes in the gazebo. Beautiful.”
– Irene Webb

“Creation is a bold, deep immersion. In Mastery you can be tentative about your participation. It is not possible to be a tentative Creationista. It is a personal culture shift—a deep dive. I can’t get away with being on the sidelines anymore. Neither I, nor my sisters, will permit it.” – Claire Louge

Only you (and your pussy) can answer that question for yourself (and our team is available to help you find your full yes or full no, too) but what we have seen again and again is that Creation, like any investment, pays off in spades when women commit to showing up all-in and taking in the vast resources available.

“Mastery was already an outrageous investment for me, and Creation was triply outrageous, but I knew on some intuitive level that I wasn’t done learning. The tools and rituals of Creation have given me an incredible sense of freedom in my relationship with myself and through this work, I’ve changed my life-long affliction around eating. What I learned in Creation has been transformative. I feel like my own woman now. I have the reins of my life in both hands.” – Claire Louge

“I knew without hesitation that advanced study with Mama Gena was part of my future. It wasn’t financially easy to attend Creation. I flew almost 16,000 miles round-trip from India. Thanks to the School of Womanly Arts and Regena, I have built a new life. I have shed old beliefs, unblocked myself creatively, and manifested an epic, legendary love.”– Tarana Singh

FAQ_Tarana

When it came to attending Creation, I felt like it was selfish and frivolous to want it. Through using the Creation tools, I feel better as a mom. I’m more present, more open, more embodied. I’m feeling juicier and happier, and that resonates, that spreads out into the whole house.” – Maya-Lin Green

“What I learned through the Creation program showed me how to cultivate abundance in a feminine way. Using the tools, I realized I had made about the same amount of money as the year before, but with way less effort. I hardly did any of the masculine activities of building a business, and made the same amount as when I nearly killed myself working the year before.” – Libby Wagner

Creation was what I needed, despite being a bit wary
of it at the start, and it has helped me heal in so many ways. I loved the opportunity to really go deep with
sisters in a safe environment. I loved the transparency and vulnerability of the sisters. I loved the breakthroughs that occurred for me and that I had the great pleasure of witnessing in other sisters. I dearly loved the Pleasure Team sisters and staff, who greatly enhanced the whole experience!! And, of course, I love Regena!!

There was, it’s true. The previous Creation program took a year’s sabbatical and has been reborn as a beautiful, rich, expansive, life-changing retreat. We wanted to offer something as intense and powerful as the original Creation — the advanced tools are the same — but that required a smaller investment of both time and money. And the other reason? GPS said so.

“At the Creation retreat, it feels like Regena is going even more full out with us, challenging us further, giving us a chance to go deeper into each concept and tool, and then giving us powerful new ones.” – Alishia Sala

If Regena has called on a woman to assist her in a demo on stage, chances are, that woman is a Creationista. She is someone Regena personally knows has the tools in a deep way. She is someone who’s got herself in a deep way, and Regena can lean on her when she needs another woman to model sisterhood. Because so much of the Creation curriculum is about embodying feminine leadership, these women are strong supports in the classroom.

Many of the 2019 Mama Bears and Team Pleasurettes, the sisters holding the emotional integrity and wellness of the classroom, are also Creationistas. There are so many gorgeous ways to be feminine leaders.

And while the What Next for Regena is still unfolding, it is likely she’ll be calling on Creationistas in other ways in years to come.

I’m so full from Mastery — is The Creation Retreat right for me, or should I take a break?

For some, taking Mastery is precisely the right amount of exploration and it’s possible to graduate feeling full, satisfied, and complete. For others, Mastery is a glimpse of an internal power that wants to grow and expand –– you may feel pulled to harness that momentum and continue learning. There is no wrong answer.

The Creation Retreat is designed to help you digest and integrate Mastery, in addition to offering additional tools and resources. You’ll have the opportunity to go deeper, break things down, and take time to fully internalize all the shifts you’ve made so far.

“Creation deepened my understanding of the tools we got in Mastery — and we got new tools to make the connections to pleasure and turn-on easier.” — Tina Ziegler

“At the Creation retreat there was even greater opportunity to really nurture friendships and sisterhood bonds given we spend more time together. And Regena clearly raises the bar at the Creation retreat in terms of what she expects we are capable of learning given we have completed Mastery. This distinction kept me engaged and listening very carefully and deeply to the Creation material.” — Susanna Kearney

“I could not hide at the Creation retreat, which was a very good thing. Everyone got the opportunity to be heard and to speak their truth. Being in the smaller group gave more opportunity to bond with sisters. Sisterhood is so very important to me, as I truly believe that women are the only way we can save this country from itself and save our world.” — BP

“Because the Creation is much smaller than Mastery, it is more intimate and lets us go deeper. Deeper into the tools, deeper into the body. And my experience of sisterhood at the retreat was wonderful. I got to know a handful of people VERY well that I did not know before. I feel much more comfortable with women and am able to open up to them more. I know they have my back.” — Cecily

I hardly did any of the homework from Mastery, and I feel like I didn’t play full out. Should I do all of that on my own before going even deeper in the work?

First and foremost, there really is no right or wrong way to do Mastery. However much you participated in Mastery is perfect. It’s important to celebrate what you did do, and the ah-has that you did have.

One thing we’ve noticed in our years of doing this work, is that if you didn’t do the homework while in Mastery, it’s unlikely you’ll go back and do it on your own. If you didn’t play full out or do all the assignments in Mastery, the real question to ask is, “What resistance came up around diving into the work, or allowing myself to be seen in community, and how do I want to proceed?”

The Creation Retreat is a great opportunity to press into your edge of showing up, being witnessed, and playing a bigger game. With a much smaller group, it’s definitely hard to hide! If you are experiencing charge, judgement, or regret about how you showed up in Mastery, now is the time to lean into that, explore it, and see what’s possible on the other side.

All that said, the decision to attend The Creation Retreat is deeply personal — now is a great time to get in touch with us to feel into the possibilities, and get support on whether it’s the right fit (or not).

“Creation goes really deep into sisterhood, pressed my edges and had me connect on a deeper level with myself and other goddesses. The work is indescribable. The intimacy is on a whole other level. Thank you thank you thank you thank you!!!! SOOOOOOOOOOO grateful to Regena, staff and Team Pleasure for the incredible space you held. You are all amazing women!!!!” – Marci Lerner

My life is exploding in the best ways since Mastery — everything is great, why sign up for The Creation Retreat?

It’s so common, especially for women, to stop ourselves when things get “good enough.” We tend to sign up for programs when we’re in rupture and feeling a sense of desperation to get us out of pain. But once things get good, we find ourselves backing off, thinking we should be satisfied with what we’ve got.

Often, we stop because we can’t give ourselves permission to desire more, to go from good to great. It feels selfish, or indulgent. We invite you to ask, “What would be possible if you continued to expand from this place and allowed yourself to take it even higher?”

A huge component of The Creation Retreat is learning to truly sustain this work, indefinitely. It’s a space where you can get comfortable with receiving the goodness in your life, for good.

“I loved everything about The Creation Retreat! Everything! It was more incredible than my wildest dreams! I loved truly living like a goddess at the resort and the excellent staff and spending time with other goddesses. The coursework was INCREDIBLE too. It was fantastic. Mastery was like a step forward, Creation is like a leap forward. Creation is really a diving leap off the platform into the delicious vast ocean of life while Mastery was like diving into a lake — which is still juicy! Sisterhood experience…Amazing! In the beginning of the retreat I felt so disconnected and thought, will I ever fit in? But the sisterhood is so special and the Creation retreat and I felt like I was seen supported and heard.” – Carrie Silver

“The upleveled Mastery tool practice, the intensity of being with sister goddesses all the time, and the new tools learned during the Creation retreat provide and provoke a whole new level of self-mastery. The close intimacy we shared helped me to shed a lot of the fears I had around being close with women. I was also prepared via the tools to be in my pleasure regardless of what was happening in any given moment. I was able to set extremely clear boundaries for myself, a former caretaker, and also hold loving space for the same sisters who made it an imperative for me to speak my truth through our interactions. It felt so empowering and delicious!” – Trudy Miller

In many ways, The Creation Retreat is about giving women a road map for how to rupture well. As we began unpacking in Mastery, it’s so easy to be victimized by our challenges and pain. It’s so easy to get stuck in the Swamp, to isolate, and to hide. We feel like we have to have it “together” before we can delve deeper in community.

The Creation Retreat is a safe, transformative space to show up with your full self. You can bring your devastation, your heartbreak, your despair, and your mess. You’ll learn to lean into sisterhood, to practice radical transparency, and to use every ounce of your rupture as fuel for your next becoming.

“My experience of Sisterhood is at a whole new level. My mom died when I was 11 and since then, I’ve longed for intimacy and support from girlfriends. I didn’t have that before because I was always playing the leader role. Through Creation, I’ve learned that women are strong enough to hold me.”

“I used to believe that women could not be trusted, that they would slander me or violate my trust and vulnerability. I thought, “I should not waste my time. It’s not my karma in this lifetime to have women as friends. In Creation, we took Sisterhood to new heights.” – Tarana Singh

“I have learned to share my deepest vulnerabilities—shamelessly, truthfully and transparently—and in doing so, receive the unshakeable support of my Creation sisters. They remind me who I am. There is no upper limit, no max capacity to the power and support of sisterhood—and the level of intimacy in Creation is so much deeper than anything I’ve experienced.” – Claire Louge

There are many reasons we can feel disconnected from our desires. Sometimes we feel numb or shut down around the question of what we really want. The Creation Retreat will help you unpack that, and shed the layers between you and your deepest truth.

Other times, our desires just feel vague — for example, you don’t know what it looks like, but you know you want to feel a different way, or you’re yearning for more. The Creation Retreat can help you seduce, clarify, and live into this desire, in ways that may surprise you.

This is a great area to get some personal witness around. Book a time to speak with Lilly and Stacy and dig a little deeper.

“Like many women, I was trained to believe that I’m not supposed to have any personal needs or desires. I’m just here to make a difference in the world and save mankind. So in Creation, I had a very, very hard time owning my desires. I had to understand that desires are not goals, and to forget about winning that race. Desires have to come from pleasure—from focusing on myself. The incredible thing is, by prioritizing pleasure, I’ve elevated my life and everyone in it.” – Claudette C’Faison

Yes! After all, in addition to being a gifted teacher, Regena is CEO and founder of her own multi-million dollar business.

Many leadership training programs for women focus on making women, well, more like men — which doesn’t work, and ultimately overlooks or makes wrong very valuable feminine leadership qualities. The aim of The Creation Retreat is to give women the specific, practical tools they need to identify their own unique attributes of feminine leadership and to practice applying them. The Creation Retreat is about becoming a more authentic, connected, effective leader.

The Creation Retreat is a wise investment for feminist companies looking to nurture and retain talented women.

“As a business owner and entrepreneur, I had been approaching my abundance from a masculine standpoint. This boot-camp mentality was beginning to affect areas outside of my business—like my body, my health, and my love life. I generally went about getting what I wanted with an acute sense of urgency and a lot of unnecessary work.

Being in my own pleasure has allowed me to take more risks. Recently, I’ve helped these two engineering firms go through a merger. They didn’t know how to talk to each other, how to hear each other—so I held space for them to do that. They were really struggling, so I had them begin a meeting with a Trinity, which changed the tone of the conversation—it was magical and practical. I unlocked a new language for these engineers. That’s a really tangible thing in the way that I show up for my business.”

You’ll be in good hands! Regena identifies as an introvert too. Many of the activities include assigned partners and groups, so you don’t have to feel the social pressure of that. Because we go deep fast, there isn’t a lot of room for an introvert’s nightmare: superficial small talk. And while the days are very full and rich, there’s space, too, for integration. For you, that might look like a walk alone along the beach at the midday break, or a deep conversation with just one other sister over dinner. It could be a night in with a good book or your journal, silent yoga on the sand in the morning … The Creation Retreat is about taking everything you learned about pleasing yourself in Mastery — and going further. You get to decide what that looks like for you. Loud, quiet, or in-between, you are welcome here.
